Kate is a director with a background in devised work. She enjoys creating alternate worlds with dystopian or fantastical edges, and thinking about how they reflect our own society. She has worked extensively in theatre for and with young adult audiences, and has greatly enjoyed working with Frozen Light and learning from their multi-sensory work. She has previously worked as guest director on Frozen Light’s Tunnels and The Forest.

Kate trained with Philippe Gaulier, where she learnt to be an idiot. Something which comes in very handy.
