Kate works with Frozen Light's creative teams and performers to plan creative processes, devise and rehearse productions and train emerging artists. She also supports the company's fundraising from trusts and foundations.

Kate is a Goldsmiths-trained disabled and neurodivergent theatre maker with specialisms in directing, writing and dramaturgy. Kate is an artist-activist and is committed to making work that addresses social injustice, giving voice to and making work with marginalised groups.
