Frozen Light are seeking an experienced and innovative Development Manager to join our team and lead on the fundraising of the organisation.

We are looking for someone who can work with our tried and tested fundraising approach whilst also bringing in new ideas and strategies. We want someone who is skilled at maintaining and developing strong relationships with funders and stakeholders and comfortable reporting on our exciting and bold new sensory theatre.

Hours: Three days a week. This role could be completely remote.

Salary: £40,000 pro rata, paid through PAYE.

Start Date: January 2025
