Front of House

Your Role

As the first people the audience will meet, we depend on your enthusiasm and welcoming attitude to make the audience feel safe and at ease.

Before a Show

The cast or crew will always give a Front of House briefing before the show begins to give you more information about the show and to build your confidence in welcoming audiences.

During a Show

Audiences are welcoming to make noise, eat/drink (enterally and orally), receive medication, move around, and leave and enter the space as much as they like during a Frozen Light performance.

After a Show

We are always grateful for the support of Front of House staff to collect audience feedback after a show. Audience feedback influences Frozen Light’s future programming and the development of new shows, and it provides an opportunity for audience members to share their experiences of a venue.
