Something for you Shelter

May 2021

Something For Your Shelter is an exploration of the sensory aspects of nature for audiences with profound and multiple learning disabilities, commissioned by Norfolk and Norwich Festival.

Vast skies expand overhead as you stop under your shelter ready to experience a story, a song, a sensation.  Frozen Light takes you on a poetic journey through the nature that surrounds you. The experience allows you to stop, breath and choose a sensory journey through your landscape.

In May 2021 a limited-edition box arrived through 25 lucky people’s door with a bespoke shelter and everything they needed to go outside and spend a sumptuous hour in nature. Below you can experience the poem, music and instructions for yourself, all you will need is to build your own shelter.
